Student non-members registration fees for ESEIW 2019 cover the materials, the scientific program, lunch, and coffee/tea according to the chosen event as well as one Welcome Reception (Empiricals on the Beach) ticket in the registration package. There is no Gala Dinner ticket included. However, a limited number of extra tickets (Event Dinner and Welcome Reception) will be available for purchase at the time of registration. The final price depends on the number of events and ordered tickets. Therefore, the attendee needs to indicate all of the options.
The registration fees can be paid with major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Diners, Elo, Discover). When proceeding to the registration form, please keep the correct invoice address at hand. Note that the registration is final and binding, please read through the cancellation terms below.

Just in case, be sure the credit card is authorized to make transactions in Latin America. Refused/Cancelled transactions will demand to make a new registration in the system.
All refund/cancellation requests must be received by September 10th, 2019. There will be an administrative fee of 35% deducted from each refund.
